สถานสงเคราะห์ฟื้นฟูและพัฒนาเด็กพิการทางร่างกายทั้งชายและหญิง อายุ 7-18 ปี หรือมากกว่านี้ให้มีโอกาสได้รับการศึกษา การฝึกอาชีพ การพัฒนา การฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพทางร่างกายอย่างเหมาะสมทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ในด้านการแพทย์ การอาชีพ การศึกษา และการสังคม ให้เป็นผู้สามารถพึ่งตนเอง และมีความสุขตามอัตภาพ

Baan Nontapum was established on November 21, 1970 with the mission of taking care of children with disabilities (visual, hearing, or various physical impairments). The target group is homeless, abandoned, or orphaned children aged from 7 to 18 years old, and children from troubled families.
