KFC wanted to update their store and drive-thru for a number of reasons; to improve customer navigation of a relatively large range, to continue to refresh and improve the in-store environment, and provide a flexible, future-proof system that could easily accommodate ne innovations and promotion.
The key target audiences are young families, young adult men and women and older teens.
THstudio Architects also created a new “KFC DRIVE THRU”, highlighting lighter Architecture, to appeal to all customers.
