When the owner says, “Ready to build,” a simple phrase marks a decisive transition. The work moves beyond an idea or a drawing toward the spaces, routines and relationships it will soon support.
The Innovation Office Building is a 2,000 sq.m. renovation and new design project for IRD, Institute Research Center. The proposal brings an existing setting and a new architectural identity into conversation, preparing the building for its next chapter of work.
As construction begins, the design is carried forward through coordination, careful detailing and a shared attention to how the building will be experienced every day. A good day begins with a good design.
